Wigan Warriors.....one of the biggest names in rugby league, their home is the DW stadium which is set in the heart of Wigan, Lancashire.
Pier Fun Casinos, Wigan, have just secured another fantastic 12 month sponsorship deal with the Warriors, where we proudly sponsor each substitution at all home matches, and also the ‘Air Dancers’ in each corner of the ground – who come to life every time a Warriors try is scored. This new deal takes us into a 4th successive season of continuous sponsorship.

Wigan Warriors At Wembley
It has been a long wait for Wigan fans, but on Saturday 27th August 2011 – the Wigan Warriors supported by Pier Fun Casinos and Wish FM made it all the way to the Carnegie Challenge Cup Final and in a fantastic match beat the Leeds Rhinos by 28 points to 18.

All these games were memorable not only for the Rugby League played, but as the hospitality at Wigan Rugby League Club is second to none.
We not only show our support through sponsorship, we also do what we do best, which is to entertain. At the end of last season we provided 3 Casino Tables & 2 Show Girls for the Warriors ‘End of Season Presentation Evening’ which was held in the Marquee in the North Stand at the DW Stadium.
The show girls gave out the ‘Bank of Wigan Warriors’ money as the guests began to arrive and directed them to the tables were are croupiers were ready and waiting to start the evening’s entertainment, the atmosphere was brilliant there was lots of laughter and great fun was had by all, we took a break while the presentations were made and then opened the tables again and continued till later in the evening.
The night was attended by major sponsors, players and loyal supporters alike and we left a few happy winners celebrating with bottles of bubbly. We spoke to Geoff Warburton, Sales Director at Wigan Rugby League Club and he said ‘what an amazing night, the Wigan players and all the sponsors had a truly fabulous evening’.
We are looking forward to another successful and exciting year of the "Wigan Warriors and Pier Fun Casinos" working together during the next season and of course entertaining once again at the End of Season Presentation Evening.
